About
Swathe is an Architectural Designer with a Master’s in Architecture and Urbanism. Before joining the Spring Cohort 2026, she worked at CnT Architects in India, focusing on Smart City designs, large-scale housing, senior living, commercial, healthcare, and mixed-use masterplanning. Her academic research examines heritage as a dynamic urban system, investigating governance, policy and financial structures. She is particularly interested in regeneration, housing diversity, custom-build models and community-focused placemaking for socially sustainable neighbourhoods.
