About
Elisabeta combines landscape and urban design expertise with a commitment to inclusive urban environments. Her PhD in Inclusive Urban Design investigates socio-spatial inequalities and the effects of public space design on vulnerable populations, including those experiencing street homelessness in London.
Elisabeta aims to bridge academic research with real-world impact, boost community well-being and advocate for marginalised groups through user-tailored solutions.
Previously, she spent five years at a London architecture firm, contributing to the placemaking agenda for small-scale residential and mixed-use projects.

London Borough of Havering
During her placement with the London Borough of Redbridge, Elisabeta supported regeneration and development priorities across the borough. She assisted with feasibility assessments, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Her work included preparing briefing materials, drafting reports, and supporting cross-department collaboration. Elisabeta helped the council progress key regeneration initiatives and strengthen internal delivery processes.
