Epping Forest District Council

He was matched with the role of Principal Planning Officer at Epping Forest District Council. Peter's main role was working with developer consortiums to create masterplans for sites in Epping district and Harlow and Gilston Garden Town. These sites typically had multiple ownerships, and the masterplans were endorsed as SPDs. He was also involved in the writing of a Design Code for a strategic site in the district that had received DLUHC funding and the co-production of an SPD for a large strategic site with a neighbouring council.
