Nikki Linsell

COO

About

She has co-founded and helped set up several built environment charities and managed complex build projects and research across Europe, Asia, and Africa in often challenging contexts. Following this, she moved into consultancy, overseeing a major university restructure and, more recently, helping raise a pre-seed angel investment for a workplace tech start-up that focused on creating happy and effective teams through the regular surveying of teams.

Nikki has also held senior lecturer positions in Architecture and Urban Design at the University of Nottingham and Brighton and was awarded an EPSRC fund to support her doctorate research on the ethics and economics of the Architecture profession, using grounded theory methodologies to support a review the professional social and ethical value frameworks at an international level.

Nikki joined Public Practice as its first founding employee in 2018 and, as our COO, is responsible for the strategic development and delivery of our vision across our team.
