Jordan Rolfe

Jordan brings a strong background in operations, consultancy and organisational development, with a career focused on supporting people and organisations working for social good. Before joining Public Practice, Jordan spent over a decade at Koreo, where he held a number of senior roles, including Portfolio Director and Senior Consultant, and worked with public, private and third-sector organisations to mobilise talent and build inclusive leadership.

Alongside this, Jordan was General Manager at Impact Hub Islington, supporting purpose-driven organisations and communities to collaborate, grow and create impact. He holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management and a BA in Geography.

Jordan joined Public Practice in 2025 and leads on operations, helping to build inclusive, effective ways of working that support the team to deliver the organisation’s mission.
