Autumn Cohort 2023

London Borough of Waltham Forest

As part of our Autumn Cohort 2023, Clare worked as a Regeneration Project Manager in Waltham Forest, focusing on the redevelopment of several public realm sites. Her projects centred around creating community, sports, leisure and youth spaces in the northern part of the borough, including the redevelopment of a park pavilion and new sports and play facilities in two parks. Clare managed these projects from the initial concept stage through design, procurement, delivery and operation. She collaborated closely with local communities, stakeholders, design teams and contractors to ensure the projects were inclusive and aligned with community needs.
