Autumn Cohort 2023

London Borough of Lambeth

As part of our Autumn Cohort 2023, Camilla managed a fund of capital grants and loans, which was the council's key tool for supporting and delivering affordable workspaces through Section 106 and CIL contributions. Alongside this, she supported ongoing funded projects and contributed to other workspace initiatives, including the implementation of Lambeth’s Affordable Workspace Policy and Supplementary Planning Document. Her work particularly involved negotiating major Section 106 commitments with developers through the planning system, ensuring clear and purposeful communication to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
