Natalia Malejka

Project Manager - Affordable Housing Delivery

About

Natalia is an architect with diverse experience across the residential sector in London and Scotland at a variety of scales, contexts and tenures.

Before joining the Autumn Cohort 2024, Natalia worked at Maccreanor Lavington Architects and Collective Architecture on residential, mixed-use, masterplanning, community-led housing and estate-wide regeneration projects.

Natalia has a keen interest in social sustainability and interrogating methodologies which empower end-users and challenge prevailing housing models. She has completed a research piece on the commodification of housing in the UK and spent a research semester in Chile focusing on innovative social housing projects in South America. Her study examined alternative approaches to procurement, delivery and valuation of housing by equipping the inhabitants with skills to create their homes as they need and want them, ensuring they stand the test of time.
