Spring Cohort 2023

Greater London Authority

Working in a diverse, multi-disciplinary team during his placement, Barnaby focused on collaborating with development partners to achieve better placemaking outcomes, including a coordinated wayfinding strategy as part of the development strategy. He worked on several projects, delivering housing and employment space on land owned by the Greater London Authority (GLA), which operated through the arms-length development company GLA Land and Property (GLAP). As part of his role, Barnaby compiled the GLAP Annual Report, a public-facing document that explains GLAP's work and achievements to date and over the past year. The experience added many development skills to his previous architectural expertise.
