About

Vanessa is a landscape architect with architectural training who has gained international experience working with leading practices in Mexico City, New York City, Washington D.C., and London. Her project experience ranges in scale from high-profile international projects such as the Acuario Xochimilco Masterplan in Mexico City to the public gardens of the Abrahamic Family House in Abu Dhabi.

Before joining the Spring Cohort 2022, her work in the UK focused on improving the quality of open spaces. She had undertaken projects including transforming a school car park into a biodiverse courtyard garden and a community engagement project to regenerate a pocket park into a vibrant and inclusive space.
