Project Manager - Design

About

Ethan is an experienced architect who has worked across all stages in public and private sectors, particularly residential and civic architecture. He believes in good design and placemaking and champions sustainable, thoughtful design, particularly the use of renewable materials in construction.

Before joining Cohort Autumn 2024, he was a Senior Architect at Bell Phillips and Nash Baker Architects (NBA). At Bell Phillips, he led several award-winning residential and civic projects and developed expertise in residential-led developments, urban planning and regeneration. At NBA, he honed his experience on smaller-scale private residential design, with a particular focus on sensitive, pragmatic design solutions within the heritage and conservation context of Westminster and Kensington.

During his placement as a Design & Technical Project Manager, Ethan supported technical reviews, design development, and project coordination across several housing and regeneration schemes. He contributed to feasibility work, design documentation, and construction coordination. His work strengthened project workflows and supported more informed decision-making across multi-disciplinary teams.
