Lilli Hoikka

Lilli has almost 20 years of experience working in support roles at architectural and engineering practices across London. She is an Associate member at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD and a keen volunteer for Fluid Mentoring, Isokon Gallery, London Cycling Campaign and Open House.

She is originally from the garden city of Tapiola, in Finland. Growing up in such beautiful surroundings interested her in buildings and landscapes from an early age and taught her an appreciation of great planning.

Lilli joined Public Practice in Spring 2019 as our Operations Manager and is responsible for key aspects of the company's operations.
