Harriet Fisher

Harriet is a chartered planner living in Sheffield. She has over two decades of experience working as a placemaker in local, regional and central government. She has led teams to produce local plans, negotiate developer contributions, engage with communities, manage capital delivery programmes, and reform national policy and legislation.

Harriet joined Public Practice in Spring 2023 as Learning & Development Manager to lead the delivery of the L&D Course and develop new community support services.
