This template is designed for officers that are working on Action Plans for town centres and provides a framework structure that can help officers to:

• Scope out the possible contents and information required in a Town Centre Action Plan
• Have a clearer understanding of the resources required to develop an Action Plan
• Facilitate internal cross-departmental collaboration and improve teamwork
• Save time when developing a project brief if the Town Centre Action Plan is outsourced to external consultants.
