Sustainability Skills Survey Template

This template is designed to help Sustainability Officers develop a survey of council capacity and in-house skills. The survey helps to identify where upskilling is required, any technical expertise that is missing or being overlooked, and any opportunities for CPD. Performing an assessment early on allows a more responsive approach to be taken later, and for the development of a plan which is realistic and implementable.

Use this template to develop assessment criteria which can then be transferred to a survey tool such as Survey Monkey or Typeform. The results of the survey can be inputted into this template for further sharing.
