• the key zero-carbon and sustainability activities required
• the budget attached
• the status of their appointment to the project

Use the spreadsheet to visualise your project's progress and generate discussion on the consultant services you may need to procure. You can adapt the document to your project, adding or removing consultant services and activities where necessary.
