This resource is a comparison of digital tools that public sector organisations can use to engage with local communities, initially compiled by Eleni Katrini and Yanni Pitsillides during their year-long placements as Public Practice Associates at the London Borough of Newham (Oct 2019–Oct 2020).

The tools are categorised by types of interaction as outlined in the Digital Engagement Tools Practice Note.
