Drawing on research carried out by Anna-Lisa Pollock during a year-long placement in the London Borough of Enfield (April 2019 - 2020), this Practice Note explores the key considerations for Authorities when approaching a resident ballot and makes a number of recommendations for continued research in order to establish a best practice process for resident ballots for estate renewal.
